Hi! My name is Anna (or fondly known as Ms. Heath) and I am the founder of Golden Wellness LLC, a solo private practice in Virginia and serving the DC, MD, VA, GA, and FL states. I designed Golden Wellness to create safe spaces for healing and growth, integrating faith and evidence-based practices through the provision of mental health therapy and consulting services. With over 19 years of non-profit management experience, and six years of a social work background, including case management, school-based therapy, clinical supervision, resource advocacy, and outpatient psychotherapy, I employ a holistic, trauma-sensitive, and relationally-centered approach. My support emphasizes healing through connection, aiming to uplift all aspects of a person's life - social, emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical. In addition to psychotherapy, I leverage my experience in crisis support and clinical leadership to empower communities to implement trauma-informed care and enhance abuse prevention and recovery initiatives.

As a part of Golden Wellness, I curated an online resource hub on a mission to make mental wellness resources more accessible and reduce the stigma, especially for children, families, educators, and professionals. I do this through humor on TikTok, education, and provision of free and affordable content.
