I am so grateful you made it this far! My name is Anna (fondly known as Ms. Heath) and I am the founder of Golden Wellness LLC, a solo private practice serving clients in DC, MD, VA, GA, and FL states. I designed Golden Wellness to create safe spaces for healing and growth, both on an individual and community-wide level.

My Philosophy:

Drawing from over 19 years of non-profit management experience and a robust 7 years of social work, spanning case management, school-based therapy, clinical supervision, resource advocacy, and outpatient psychotherapy, I employ a holistic, trauma-sensitive, and relationally-centered approach. I believe healing occurs in the context of connection, aiming to nurture emotional, mental, social, spiritual, and physical well-being. Beyond psychotherapy, I leverage my experience in crisis support and clinical leadership to help communities strengthen trauma-informed care, abuse prevention, and recovery efforts.

I understand that achieving a state of mental and emotional wellness can be very hard and vulnerable work, and I would consider it an honor to collaborate with you on cultivating for yourself or your community a golden state of well-being where self-compassion, safety, resilience, and peace can finally flourish.
